    Hi @Sajid Ali Shah ,

    Welcome to our forum!
From your description, do you mean you want to always send from a default account?

According to my test, it is feasible to hide From Field while composing a new email and send from default account, here are the steps:

    • Go to Option tab, click From in Show Fileds, then From field will be hidden.

    • Go to Account settings > Account Settings > choose one account and set it to the default

I have exactly the same poblem and I cannot find a way to remove the "from" field on a permanent basis.

It is strange that Microsoft does not have a clear and definitive solution for this and lacks an efficient answer in this forum.

I have a small screen. Having this "From" field when I don't have an additional account just takes up screen space unnecessarily, which impacts my experience using Microsoft Outlook. I hope Microsoft can provide a switcher to turn off this for people who don't need it.
