SSIS export to Excel, Sheet is empty but logging says "Excel-Ziel" wrote 127032 rows, no Errors, just 1 Warning

I create the SSIS-Packet on Visual Studio 2019 and it runs on a SQL Server 2016 (13.0.5622.0). The Export runs with the 64-bit-Version.

No Errors, just one warning:
Warnung: 0x80049304 bei Data Flow, SSIS.Pipeline: Warning: Could not open global shared memory to communicate with performance DLL; data flow performance counters are not available. To resolve, run this package as an administrator, or on the system's console.

And Logging says further:
Informationen: 0x4004300B bei Data Flow, SSIS.Pipeline: "Excel-Ziel" wrote 127032 rows.

And mostly the Excel-Sheet is empty (no matter, if it runs in VS or directly on the Server with a SQL Server Agent Job).

I searched a lot of days in the Internet, but I found nothing, that would help me to solve my Problem.

Has anyone an idea?
(I'm gradeful for every proposal)

Thanks for help and i apologise fo my bad english.

    Hi Mona,
thank you for the tipp with uploads images. I tried it excactly in this way. But the upload didn't start.

So, next try with the test:

    State before start:
-> Excel-Sheet is empty, just the headerline exists

Step 1 (only 'Drop and Recreate'-Task)
-> No Errors. (But the Lastwritetime-Timestamp is not from now. Was it really successful?)
    Step 2 (only 'Data-Flow'-Task)
-> No Errors. (And also no data in the Sheet. Timestamp is already from yesterday)

    I Repeat the test:
Step 1 (only 'Drop and Recreate'-Task)
    -> Same result like before
    Step 2 (only 'Data-Flow'-Task)
    -> Same result like before

    Mhm?
It seems really strange to me.

    Hi Mona,
here are the screenshots from Control- and Data-Flow.
I'm changing the weekday in 'checkWeekday' for testing to the right day.
(Sorry for my late answer. I was on vacation.)

    Thanks so far.

    Hi Mona,
sorry for my late answer, I'm very busy at the moment.
Here is the screenshot, you asked for.
(I simplified it a bit and removed the first step 'checkWeekday'. It's not nessedary for reproducing the error.)
In the picture is at first a screenshot from Windows File Explorer with timestamp and size of the file.
Next part ist the Execution Results (with no errors)
And the last part ist a Explorer-Screenshot again. Timestamp and size changed, but the file is empty.

(Thanks you for your help so far)
    Best Regards,
    Sabine
