i want create queue in service bus console ，but it report error with " code. 400 ,The ID in the request does not match the ID in the payload"

For the community: Generally, 400 error is observed whenever the request body is not correctly formed/or invalid. In case someone observes 400 errors while creating the create queue using REST API then please verify the request body as per the document. Similarly for Powershell, CLI, and ARM please review the respective command document.
