Microsoft Azure Free Trial for Creating Azure Databricks

Question

I try to create and run a cluster in Azure Free Trial using the below configurations, but I get an error. I tried in many different regions also.

I have created a cluster many times in the past with this configuration but don't know why it is not happening now, has Microsoft changed anything?

I have no virtual machine in my subscription I have 4 cores available but still, I can't create the cluster with a driver node.

Recently, once of the customer reported similar issue and finally able to resolve after multiple tries and great patience Australia East worked at the end.
