Hi, I really need. Microsoft Authenticator recover account is not working.

It says, "Unable to recover, something went wrong, please send us logs...."

I come not only to expose a very serious problem, I also seek to recover my data.

    Hello everything is fine?

How can Microsoft Authenticator have 2 types of login in APP?

The application cannot change in this radical way.

    In the current app this,

Login normally (with a big button).

And below, in a very small text ( log in and recover the backup ).

What is the purpose of this if not to make me, and thousands of other people lose their keys within Auth? Leading many to error.

When we enter through the normal button,

And inside, we click on cloud backup, as it is the only option, and (we overwrite) the current backup with a NEW backup (WITHOUT NOTHING, from an account with no backup recovered). Do you understand the gravity of this?

And how am I, after recovering the previous data overwritten by a serious ux/ui failure?

As a UX professional, this can never happen.

The login must always be UNIQUE.

This question about recovering the BACKUP or not, has to (MANDATORILY) stay within the login and the platform after you log in.

You cannot have 2 different types of logins, under any circumstances, precisely for these explicit reasons.

I come under the guidance of the github people, because they asked me to contact you to retrieve these authenticated keys, because they don't want to deactivate the second step key for me to regain access to github.

And at the guidance of another Microsoft support team, communicate here.

    Worried.

Because I did not recover access from other platforms.

    Thank you for your attention.
