How to deploy azure solution manually to Azure sentinel/portal

I have already made folder for azure sentinel solution but before raising PR in this GitHub repository I would like to check whether is it working properly in azure portal/sentinel side. so can anyone tell me how to deploy it on azure portal?

Thank you for answering the question. but I was talking about the azure solution service which is provided under azure-sentinel. and to be specific I made the folder for azure solution with specific sub directories like data connector, workbook, etc. and I want to deploy the solution folder to azure portal. so can you provide the steps for deployment of solution to azure portal?
