Outlook 2019 signed in to my microsoft account

Question

Dear friends
I have microsoft office 2019 on my computer, when i want to add my work email address to the out look it wants to sign in my microsoft account by work account!!
when i sign out the microsoft account in word and reopen the outlook ask me again a password for signin to outlook and microsoft account on office 2019!!
please tell me how can i add my work email address to outlook without signin into microsoft account!
Because i don't want to sign in microsoft account with this account!
i tested a lot of way but didn't results!
I tried to use exchange, outlook and other protocols but no any results
please help me!

• First to disconnect the Microsoft account:
  Click the ‘Start’ button, and then click ‘Settings’.
  Click ‘Accounts’.
  Click ‘Access work or school’.
  Click on the Microsoft account and click ‘Disconnect’.
• Try to create a new profile and re-add your account (control panel>mail>show profiles>add>re-add your account).

I found how to do it
in the first i delete everythings from my outlook profile in outlook by control panel!
then i add these keys to my registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

create D word

first key:
value name: EnableAdal
value data: 0

seconde key:
value name: DisableADALatopWAMOverride
value data: 1

third key:
value name: DisableADALatopWAMOverride
value data: 1

then i create a new profile in my outlook (by control panel) then open the outlook and type my new email and click on check box let manually config!

then outlook asked wich service i want to connect and i use Exchange

and type password and done!!!!!

****** if you see your outlook connected to the microsoft account do this
go to regedit.exe
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities

delete from profile signout key
