- First to disconnect the Microsoft account:
Click the ‘Start’ button, and then click ‘Settings’.
Click ‘Accounts’.
Click ‘Access work or school’.
Click on the Microsoft account and click ‘Disconnect’. - Try to create a new profile and re-add your account (control panel>mail>show profiles>add>re-add your account).
