Private meeting titles are still showing in the calendar and on the Teams VTC display, these are confidential and need to be hidden

Hi,

Our meetings rooms uses Teams for VTC via an android device with a camera and large screen. However, for some reason the title of MS exchange calendar meetings are being displayed even when set as 'private'?

How can I mask the title and just show the schedulers name?

Please connect to Exchange Online powershell and run the following cmdlet to check the settings of the resouce mailbox.

Get-CalendarProcessing -Identity <RESOURCEMAILBOX> | FL

You can try this one:
Set-CalendarProcessing UPN -RemovePrivateProperty $false

This SHOULD leave the private Property as is, but i couldn't test it myself.

Hey all, this PowerShell command will hide private meeting requests:

Set-CalendarProcessing -Identity <meetingroom_name> -DeleteSubject $False -AddOrganizerToSubject $False -RemovePrivateProperty $false

I had the same issue, now Private meetings simply display as "Private Meeting" and the booking organisers name is below.

We use multiple Yealink Android devices and this works
