CByteArray::GetSize() is an unresolved external for Debug builds.

Other Developers on my team are not experiencing the same issue, but even in a new shell project if I declare a CByteArray object and call GetSize() it is unresolved. It appears it is defined as inline in afxcoll.inl but only if Debug is not defined.
