Resource format

To create a Microsoft.Devices/IotHubs/certificates resource, add the following Bicep to your template.

Constraints:
Pattern = ^[A-Za-z0-9-._]{1,64}$ (required)
parent In Bicep, you can specify the parent resource for a child resource. You only need to add this property when the child resource is declared outside of the parent resource.
