Important

  • This is a preview feature.
  • Preview features aren’t meant for production use and might have restricted functionality. These features are subject to supplemental terms of use, and are available before an official release so that customers can get early access and provide feedback.

Prerequisites

Make sure that:

  • You have a work or school account.
  • You can accept the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, Supplemental Terms, and Microsoft Privacy Statement for your organization.
  • You have access to an eligible Microsoft Dataverse environment, or you can create a trial environment.
  • Administration mode is turned off for the trial environment. If you must turn on the administration mode, ensure that the background operations setting is enabled. Learn more in Administration mode.

Use a trial environment to evaluate Contact Center Intelligence. Don't use trial resources for production workloads.

Start the trial

  1. Open the Contact Center Intelligence trial link, and sign in with your work or school account.
  2. If the selected environment isn't ready for Contact Center Intelligence, choose one of these options:
    • Select Try Contact Center Intelligence for free to create a 30-day trial environment.
    • Select an eligible Dataverse environment from Select an environment.
  3. Review the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, Supplemental Terms, and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
