Business value

This feature provides the ability for customers to proactively understand how Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications are performing. It also enables customers to review data to determine the cause of an incident.

Feature details

This feature extends the Data Export feature in the Power Platform admin center so that it delivers Power Automate and Dynamics 365 Customer Service signals to Application Insights in Azure Monitor. In addition to the new signals, customers may filter specific Power Automate signals, such as cloud flow runs, triggers, and actions.

Additional enhancements to the feature include:

  • The ability to provide a friendly name to an Application Insights export package.
  • Additional columns with sorting capability when running the Application Insights Management page.
