FPCSmtpAuthenticationSettings Object

The FPCSmtpAuthenticationSettings object represents the authentication settings for the listener on an SMTP route in a Forefront TMG array.

An SMTP route for internal mail servers must have some form of authentication enabled for the listener in order to relay e-mail messages to external servers on behalf of internal senders.

The FPCSmtpAuthenticationSettings object is accessed through the ListenerAuthenticationSettings property of the FPCSmtpRoute object.

Inheritance

This object inherits from the FPCPersist object, which contains methods and properties related to the persistent storage of an object's data. They include methods for exporting the object's data to and importing it from an XML document.
