D3D Vertices
This code sample is named tut02_vertices. It is the second in a series of tutorials on using Direct3D Mobile. It demonstrates how to render vertices, and introduces the concept of the vertex buffer — a Direct3D Mobile object used to store vertices.

Usage
To run the code sample
Navigate to the solution file (*.sln), and double-click it. By default, the solution file is copied to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools\wce500\Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK\Samples\CPP\Win32\Directx\d3dm\tutorials\Tut02_vertices\``tut02_vertices.sln
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 launches and loads the solution.
Build the solution (Ctrl+Shift+B).
Deploy the solution (F5).
Remarks
The tut02_vertices code sample is an extension of tut01_createdevice.
In this tutorial, you use vertices that are transformed (meaning they are already in 2D window coordinates) and lit (meaning you are not using Direct3D Mobile lighting, but are supplying your own colors).
Vertices can be defined with a custom structure and a custom FVF (Flexible Vertex Format).
Requirements
Pocket PC SDK: Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC SDK.
Development Environment: Visual Studio 2005.
ActiveSync: Version 4.0.
