Defines the parameters for an individual log sink and creates the object.
The LogSink class is used by the CreateLogSinks method to enable individual log sinks on the cache client programmatically. For more information, see Log Sink Settings (Velocity) and How to: Set Log Sink Levels (Code) (Velocity).
