What is your Refund Policy?


If you're not 100% satisfied, you'll get your money back for any unused lessons

We know taking lessons is a big step, and if you need to stop taking lessons for any reason, we will refund any future unused lesson credits within 90 days from the date of purchase (if you did not take any lessons), or from the last lesson taken.

Simply contact TakeLessons at least 24 hours before your next lesson to receive a refund on any remaining future lesson credits. Lessons scheduled to occur in less than 24 hours are not eligible for refund, so please contact us before then to ensure your refund includes all the lessons you are expecting.

As a benefit of your Membership, if you do not request a refund after 90 days, your account balance will be used to grant you in-kind access to TakeLessons Library, a member-only service that features exclusive lesson content you may access through your Student Dashboard. You will receive one month of TakeLessons Library for each lesson not refunded or used. You will have access to TakeLessons Library until the remaining balance has been used.
