After completing this module, you will be able to:
- Explain the Microsoft Entra Agent ID identity model, including agent identity blueprints, agent identities, and agent user accounts.
- Assign sponsors and least-privilege owners to an agent identity, distinct from Agent Registry ownership.
- Automate sponsor-transfer lifecycle transitions using Microsoft Entra ID Governance Lifecycle Workflows.
- Apply Conditional Access to agent identities and select the correct licensing model.
Prerequisites
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID identity and access concepts, including Conditional Access and Lifecycle Workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents and their role in business processes.
