After completing this module, you can:
- Trace a Microsoft 365 charge through billing accounts, profiles, and invoices, and identify the four inputs that set a task's Copilot Credit cost.
- Configure a pay-as-you-go billing policy that funds a specific group's metered AI usage, using the least-privileged role, and connect it to a metered service.
- Reconcile metered Microsoft Copilot spend against Microsoft Foundry agent consumption across separate billing surfaces.
- Apply cost management practices that lower consumption, including workload selection, model cost tiering, and consumption concentration analysis.
Prerequisites
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID groups and role assignment.
