- Select the correct report source to answer a specific Copilot or agent adoption, productivity, or ROI question.
- Read the Copilot usage report and the separate Agent usage report to distinguish licensed access from actual adoption.
- Reconcile Microsoft 365 AI services costs across the Microsoft 365 admin center and Microsoft Cost Management.
- Use Microsoft 365 Service Health and the Copilot Control System's three-pillar governance model to monitor AI-service health and recommend admin actions that improve adoption.
Prerequisites
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID identity and access concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its capabilities.
