School leaders carry a heavy workload that shouldn't be made more difficult by the technology they use. This learning path unlocks the possibilities of the modern workplace using the Microsoft 365 suite as a complete solution.

System and school leadership will see the potential for creating a collaborative school environment by elevating the role of the teacher, increasing teacher ownership and autonomy, and shifting the focus from knowing to doing.

These modules are organized by leadership standards and aligned to ISTE standards. You'll also find that pillars of the Education Transformation Framework (ETF) are embedded throughout each module as well. This learning path provides ways to implement tools effectively and demonstrate real-world use cases to help transform the school environment.

If you want to learn more about the Education Transformation Framework, we recommend the Education Transformation Framework learning path as well.

This module explores using instructional leadership to support learning environments. Microsoft tools and applications are used to enhance data analysis. Differentiated learning opportunities are created for blended learning environments that support and model digital pedagogy implementation. Systems and processes for educator feedback are examined. Methods for establishing a culture of learning are discussed so staff can enhance their comfort with accessibility tools. Virtual event platforms are considered to remove barriers and create equitable opportunities for all students.

As all educators know, school leaders carry a heavy workload. Their tasks and responsibilities range from facilities management and operations, to curriculum and instruction, and everything in between. In order for these leaders to effectively manage their time and lead members of their organization, they need to maximize the use of the resources they have available. These resources include but are not limited do the tools found in the Microsoft 365 suite. These applications can help school leaders promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment.

Effective school leaders recognize and understand the diverse cultures and populations they serve. They work to identify, address, and close achievement gaps by strategically creating equal opportunities for learning. At the conclusion of this module you'll be able to create and maintain an inclusive learning environment for students, staff, and families. You'll learn to manage and organize events that meet the needs of all stakeholders in any setting. And finally, the module will discuss celebrating students and staff in remote, hybrid, and blended environments.

Schools and systems work collaboratively for the improvement of student outcomes. With an approach that supports shared and distributive leadership both for the system and the school level, we increase the leadership capacity to support growth and opportunity.
