Gets high-frequency counter data from the timing pass. Query IPixGpuCaptureHighFrequencyCounterData::GetCollectedCounterSets to see what counter sets were collected. The counter set info retrieved can be used to query the counter samples from IPixGpuCaptureHighFrequencyCounterData::GetSamples.

The pointer to the returned interface

S_OK if high frequency counter data was available, E_FAIL if not collected
