How do you request admin access to Visual Studio Admin portal, if our admin is no longer in your organisation? Or how do I see who the admins are associated with my subscription?

You can access the Visual Studio Subscriptions Administration Portal by connecting to https://manage.visualstudio.com and logging in with the email address that is assigned as a super admin on the agreement through which the subscriptions were purchased. For more details, please refer to: Super admins and administrators.
You can view the document to contact your admin(s).
