Job (form)
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
Click Human resources > Common > Organization > Jobs. On the Action Pane, click Job to create a new position record, or select a position from the list and then click Edit to modify an existing position record.
Use this form to create and manage jobs.

Maximum positions |
Select this option to enter a specific number of positions that can be associated with the job. |
Unlimited |
Select this option to allow an unlimited number of positions to be associated with the job. |
Full-time equivalent |
Enter an employment factor from 0 to 1. The value 1 indicates a full-time job. For part-time employment, enter a number between 0 and 1. For example, a part-time job can be .5. |

Enter the job code that the survey company uses for this job. |
Source |
Enter the source of information for the market-based pay range. |
Low threshold |
Enter the minimum amount that someone in this job will get paid. |
Control point |
Enter the amount that is the base level for an employee in this job. |
High threshold |
Enter the maximum amount that someone in this job will get paid. |
