Configuración de respuestas de búsqueda administrativa para los usuarios de una organización

Microsoft Búsqueda permite a los administradores asociar términos de búsqueda con significados o páginas web específicos de sus organizaciones e incluir estas asociaciones como respuestas de búsqueda. Por ejemplo, los usuarios de una organización pueden encontrarse con un acrónimo desconocido que representa un nombre de proyecto interno o un nombre de equipo asociado a una página web de equipo. Los administradores pueden configurar acrónimos, marcadores o QnA en el Centro de administración de Microsoft 365, en Búsqueda & inteligencia. Esto permite a los usuarios usar la búsqueda para navegar y familiarizarse con su trabajo.
Los administradores también pueden usar microsoft Búsqueda API en Microsoft Graph para administrar mediante programación las respuestas de búsqueda administrativa en la organización. Estas respuestas se muestran en los resultados de Microsoft Búsqueda cuando se desencadenan mediante un acrónimo o una palabra clave definidos en los tipos de recursos de respuesta de búsqueda disponibles: acrónimo, marcador y recursos qna.
Cuando se desencadena mediante un acrónimo definido o una palabra clave, estas respuestas de búsqueda aparecen en la parte superior de la página de resultados de búsqueda de la organización.
Ejemplo 1: Creación de un nuevo acrónimo
