DataGridView.OnUserDeletedRow(DataGridViewRowEventArgs) Method

Definition

Raises the UserDeletedRow event.

protected:
 virtual void OnUserDeletedRow(System::Windows::Forms::DataGridViewRowEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnUserDeletedRow (System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowEventArgs e);
abstract member OnUserDeletedRow : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnUserDeletedRow : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnUserDeletedRow (e As DataGridViewRowEventArgs)

Parameters

e
DataGridViewRowEventArgs

A DataGridViewRowEventArgs that contains the event data.

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnUserDeletedRow method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnUserDeletedRow(DataGridViewRowEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnUserDeletedRow(DataGridViewRowEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
