TreeView.OnAfterCheck(TreeViewEventArgs) Method

Definition

Raises the AfterCheck event.

protected:
 virtual void OnAfterCheck(System::Windows::Forms::TreeViewEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnAfterCheck (System.Windows.Forms.TreeViewEventArgs e);
abstract member OnAfterCheck : System.Windows.Forms.TreeViewEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnAfterCheck : System.Windows.Forms.TreeViewEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnAfterCheck (e As TreeViewEventArgs)

Parameters

e
TreeViewEventArgs

A TreeViewEventArgs that contains the event data.

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnAfterCheck method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnAfterCheck(TreeViewEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnAfterCheck(TreeViewEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
