Remarks
Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the WriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method. The WriteKeyIdentifierClause(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method calls the WriteKeyIdentifierClauseCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifierClause) method.
