Writes the specified key identifier using the specified XML writer. Called by the base class.

Classes that derive from the SecurityTokenSerializer class must override the WriteKeyIdentifierCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifier) method. The WriteKeyIdentifier(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifier) method calls the WriteKeyIdentifierCore(XmlWriter, SecurityKeyIdentifier) method.
