The application did not set the Label property before reading it.
Remarks
A message queue's label is an application-defined description of the queue. It does not have any intrinsic meaning to Message Queuing.
If you are filtering only by label when searching the queues on the network, you can use the method GetPublicQueuesByLabel, which is specifically designed for this purpose. If you are searching by multiple criteria that include the label, set this Label property and pass the parameter into GetPublicQueues.
