ServiceController.Pause Method

Definition

Suspends a service's operation.

Exceptions

An error occurred when accessing a system API.

The service was not found.

while (sc.Status != ServiceControllerStatus.Paused)

Remarks

You cannot call Continue for the service until the service controller status is Paused.
