Provides an interface for access to a master page from a content page at design time, if provided by a design host, such as Visual Studio 2005.

A control designer, or a class implementing the IContentResolutionService interface, should not assume the availability of the IContentResolutionService from a design host and, if it is not available, should fail gracefully.
