The ConditionalExitFormat method ends the current block if the following conditions are met:
A matching
ConditionalEnterFormat
method call resulted in character formatting being applied.The CssLocation property does not represent a physical file.
The target Device does not require suppression of cascading style sheet styles.
This method is primarily used by the .NET Framework internally.
