Gets style attributes that are applied to the label of a verbs menu in the title bar of a WebPart control when a user positions the mouse pointer over the label.

Notice that the MenuLabelHoverStyle property has a value assigned to it in the declarative markup. This value impacts WebPartZone2
. After you load the page into a browser, switch the page into edit mode, and position your mouse pointer over the verbs menu of the Web Parts control. Notice that the text of the label turns bold.
