Occurs when the stylus moves while over the element. The stylus must move while being detected by the digitizer to raise this event, otherwise, PreviewStylusInAirMove is raised instead.

This event creates an alias for the Stylus.PreviewStylusMove attached event for this class, so that PreviewStylusMove is part of the class members list when ContentElement is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the PreviewStylusMove event are attached to the underlying Stylus.PreviewStylusMove attached event and receive the same event data instance.
