Remarks
This event creates an alias for the DragDrop.Drop attached event for this class so that UIElement3D.Drop is part of the class members list when UIElement3D is inherited as a base element. Event handlers that are attached to the Drop event are attached to the underlying DragDrop.Drop attached event and receive the same event data instance.
