A class representing a collection of DedicatedHostResource and their operations. Each DedicatedHostResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DedicatedHostGroupResource. To get a DedicatedHostCollection instance call the GetDedicatedHosts method from an instance of DedicatedHostGroupResource.
