Gets or sets the user ID to be used when connecting to SQL Server.

The value of the UserID property, or String.Empty
if none has been supplied.
Exceptions
To set the value to null, use Value.
Remarks
This property corresponds to the "User ID", "user", and "uid" keys within the connection string.
Setting this property is not recommended. To maintain a high level of security, we strongly recommend that you use the Integrated Security
or Trusted_Connection
keywords instead. SqlCredential is a more secure way to specify credentials for a connection that uses SQL Server Authentication.
The user ID must be 128 characters or less.
