Megjegyzések
Ha nincs megadva targetNamespacePrefix , targetNamespaceUri akkor a rendszer az targetName alapértelmezett névtérbe helyezi. Ha targetNamespacePrefix nincs megadva, a program automatikusan létrehoz egy előtagot. Ha targetNamespacePrefix meg van adva, de targetNamespaceUri nincs megadva, a rendszer kivételt jelez az építkezéskor.
