Writes the <saml:Subject>
element into the specified XML serializer.

A SamlSerializer that is capable of writing XML elements in a SAML assertion.

A SecurityTokenSerializer that is capable of writing KeyInfo
clauses.
Remarks
Use the WriteXml(XmlDictionaryWriter, SamlSerializer, SecurityTokenSerializer) method to write the properties of the current SamlSubject instance into a <saml:Subject>
element.
