Remarks
The SpeechSynthesizer raises the SpeakCompleted event at the completion of any of the SpeakAsync or SpeakSsmlAsync methods.
The SpeakCompletedEventArgs class has no properties, and does not return data from the SpeakCompleted event. It is provided to enable application authors to write event handlers for the SpeakCompleted event.
