Represents the SOAP version 1.2 rpc:BadArguments fault subcode indicating that arguments sent to the XML Web service method were incorrect or could not be parsed.

ASP.NET does not automatically throw a SoapException with the SoapFaultSubCode.Code property set to RpcBadArgumentsFaultCode.
The SoapException class has a SubCode property of type SoapFaultSubCode that represents the SOAP fault subcode. The SoapFaultSubCode.Code property represents the URI for the actual SOAP fault subcode. When setting the SoapFaultSubCode.Code property to RpcBadArgumentsFaultCode, set the SoapException.Code property to SenderFaultCode.
