DataGridView.OnCellStyleContentChanged Method

Definition

Raises the CellStyleContentChanged event.

protected:
 virtual void OnCellStyleContentChanged(System::Windows::Forms::DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnCellStyleContentChanged (System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnCellStyleContentChanged : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnCellStyleContentChanged : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnCellStyleContentChanged (e As DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs)

Parameters

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnCellStyleContentChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnCellStyleContentChanged(DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnCellStyleContentChanged(DataGridViewCellStyleContentChangedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
