Called by the runtime to request a new thread to run a workflow instance.

Overloads

Schedule(WaitCallback, Guid)	When overridden in a derived class, this method is called by the runtime to schedule a work item (callback) for a particular instance ID.
Schedule(WaitCallback, Guid, DateTime, Guid)	When overridden in a derived class, this method is called by the runtime to schedule a work item (callback) for a particular workflow instance to be done at the given time (DateTime).
