A class representing a collection of DevCenterPoolResource and their operations. Each DevCenterPoolResource in the collection will belong to the same instance of DevCenterProjectResource. To get a DevCenterPoolCollection instance call the GetDevCenterPools method from an instance of DevCenterProjectResource.
