IdentityUserAssignedIdentity	The set of user assigned identities associated with the resource. The userAssignedIdentities dictionary keys will be ARM resource ids in the form: '/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/resourceGroups/{resourceGroupName}/providers/Microsoft.ManagedIdentity/userAssignedIdentities/{identityName}. The dictionary values can be empty objects ({}) in requests.
ImmutableId	The immutable ID of this data collection rule. This property is READ-ONLY.
Kind	The kind of the resource.
Location	The geo-location where the resource lives.
MetadataProvisionedBy	Azure offering managing this resource on-behalf-of customer.
MetadataProvisionedByResourceId	Resource Id of azure offering managing this resource on-behalf-of customer.
Name	The name of the resource.
ProvisioningState	The resource provisioning state.
ResourceGroupName	Gets the resource group name
StreamDeclaration	Declaration of custom streams used in this rule.
SystemDataCreatedAt	The timestamp of resource creation (UTC).
SystemDataCreatedBy	The identity that created the resource.
SystemDataCreatedByType	The type of identity that created the resource.
SystemDataLastModifiedAt	The timestamp of resource last modification (UTC)
SystemDataLastModifiedBy	The identity that last modified the resource.
