Contoh kode berikut menunjukkan beberapa properti dan metode Queue<T> kelas generik, termasuk Count properti .
Contoh kode membuat antrean string dengan kapasitas default dan menggunakan Enqueue metode untuk mengantrekan lima string. Elemen antrean dijumlahkan, yang tidak mengubah status antrean. Metode Dequeue ini digunakan untuk menghapus antrean string pertama. Metode Peek ini digunakan untuk melihat item berikutnya dalam antrean, lalu Dequeue metode digunakan untuk menghapus antreannya.

Keterangan
Kapasitas adalah Queue<T> jumlah elemen yang Queue<T> dapat disimpan. Count adalah jumlah elemen yang sebenarnya ada di Queue<T>.
Kapasitas selalu lebih besar dari atau sama dengan Count. Jika Count melebihi kapasitas saat menambahkan elemen, kapasitas ditingkatkan dengan secara otomatis merealokasi array internal sebelum menyalin elemen lama dan menambahkan elemen baru.
Mengambil nilai properti ini adalah operasi O(1).
