Gunakan untuk membungkus objek marshaler harus marshal sebagai VT_DISPATCH. Pembungkus ini akan memaksa objek untuk dijadikan marshal sebagai VT_DISPATCH. Jika objek tidak mendukung IDispatch maka pengecualian akan dilemparkan.
