Properti ScrollAlwaysVisible menunjukkan apakah bilah gulir vertikal selalu ditampilkan, meskipun jumlah item di ListBox tidak memerlukan tampilan bilah gulir vertikal. Secara default, ListBox hanya memperlihatkan bilah gulir vertikal ketika ada cukup item untuk menjamin ditampilkan.
