Awalnya, item dengan posisi indeks nol (0) berada di bagian ListView atas kontrol. ListView Jika konten kontrol digulir, item yang berbeda dapat berada di bagian atas kontrol. Anda dapat menggunakan properti ini untuk menunjukkan atau menentukan item mana yang terlihat di bagian ListView atas kontrol. Nilai TopItem properti tidak akan selalu bertahan, tergantung di mana item teratas yang diinginkan berada dalam tampilan daftar.

Jumlah item yang ListView terlihat dalam kontrol kapan saja tergantung pada tinggi tampilan daftar dan ukuran item yang dikandungnya. Jika item melebihi tinggi tampilan daftar, item akan dilanjutkan ke beberapa halaman, yang dapat digulir pengguna.
